Display Your Way

We are passionate about giving collectors of all levels and areas of interest the chance to show off what they love, and for visitors of the show to feel inspired by seeing other collections and philatelic stories in a fresh and creative light!

Our interactive Display Your Way Hall at Virtual Stampex will feature a wide range of collections, from formal award winning exhibits, to work in progress pages, to artistic story telling, to the some of the craziest and most jaw-dropping stamp displays you've ever seen at a global philatelic event!

If you can pdf it, you can display it!

Each display also has the option of a linked introductory video, and fully integrated live Q&A/ chat.

There will also be a people's choice award for the Best Display.

So, how could you display your collection in a way that would engage and inspire others?

This year, there is no frame fee but there are only 50 display spaces available so if you're interested in showcasing your collection in a unique and engaging way, please do enter your 'Display Your Way' submission today!

Terms of submission:

The PTS & Stampex reserve the right to select displays at their discretion, set guidelines, and make recommendations on displays where applicable.

There is no limit to the number of pages, orientation, or if you’ve used word or powerpoint or other to create your display – it just needs to be saved as a single pdf and be under 50MB in size. You can choose to submit only part of your exhibit if you wish.

It is the Displayer’s sole responsibility to ensure there is no copyright infringement.

Please note that we have deactivated the ability for visitors to download your pdf, and it will only be available to view from within the show, but this does not prevent visitors from screenshotting any of your display/ material.

By submitting your Display, the PTS & Stampex may use the display, video and / or Q&A content for promotional and educational material.
