Some online tips

- Understand and accept where you might be sharing personal or confidential information. Whilst 1-2-1 chats are between two people, chatrooms are public forums.

- If someone asks for your email address, be sure you understand how it will be used.

- If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, don't type it and send it.

- If you aren't sure if what you have written sounds okay, say it aloud to yourself first, then send it.

- If you are not comfortable using your camera, that's OK. Please turn it off.

- Mute yourself if you are not speaking when in group chats/ Roundtables/ Webinars.

Roundtables notice: Roundtable sessions may be recorded so that soundbites across all Roundtables can be used by the PTS & Stampex to inspire others. If you would prefer for your face not to be shown, please switch your camera off. If you would like to contribute to the session but do not want to be included in the the final edit of soundbites, just let us know.

If you are under 18, please ensure you have your parent/guardian's permission to attend.
