Philatelic Mastermind 2025
These terms and conditions relate to the Philatelic Mastermind 2025 Quiz in collaboration with Virtual Stampex 2025.
The giveaway opens at 08:00 GMT on 6th March 2025.
Only entries submitted via our online form are valid. A link to the online form is available from the Philatelic Mastermind Booth at Virtual Stampex, available at https://stampex.vfairs.com
Email or postal entries are not accepted.
Eligible entries must confirm that these T&Cs have been read and understood.
For a sheet to be considered "completed", contact details and a minimum of one answer must be provided.
Correct answers are as per the PTS's answer sheet.
The competition entry deadline is 23:59 BST on 6th April 2025.
A winner and a runner up will be chosen on the 13th April 2025.
The winner will be the entrant who has answered the most questions correctly. If there are more than one entrants who have answered the most questions correctly (i.e. there is a draw), a random number generator will be used to select a winner from these drawn entrants. The runner up will either be the entrant who has entered the second most correct answers, or in the case of a draw above, the runner up will be selected as the next entrant selected from the random number generator.
Minor spelling mistakes will be accepted.
The winner and the runner up will be notified by email. The winner and the runner up will be asked to confirm that their contact details are correct.
The winner and the runner up must confirm their details within 28 days of being contact to maintain their eligibility.
The winner and the runner up will receive their respectful prize within 28 days of the confirming their contact details.
Gift vouchers will be issued via email. Once issued, the recipient is responsible for the gift voucher thereafter. The PTS takes no responsibility for any loss of the gift voucher, incorrect use of the gift voucher, or any issues relating to items purchased with the gift voucher.
The prize is not transferable. There is no cash alternative or alternative for the prize highlighted.
Specific terms and conditions relating to to the gift vouchers may apply (e.g. validity date, where voucher can be used etc.).
Entrants must be aged 18 or over. If an entrant is under 18 years old, they must provide their Guardian’s name and email address.
PTS Team Members and Council Members may not enter.
Only one entry per person.
If more than one quiz sheet is received from one person, the sheet with the later timestamp will be entered.

Display Your Way participation at Stampex at the BDC 2024
These terms and conditions relate to the Display Your Way at Stampex at the BDC 2024.
Applications open on the 3rd October 2024. Applications close on the 21st October 2024.
In submitting a Display, you confirm that:
- the document is yours to share, or that you have permission from the document's owner to submit it.
- that the information in your document is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- you accept sole responsibility to ensure there is no copyright infringement within any of the content submitted including images.
- the PTS & Stampex may display your document at Stampex at the BDC for visitors to view in pdf format.
- the PTS & Stampex may display your document on the PTS & Stampex websites for a specific limited, alloted timeframe.
- the PTS & Stampex may share your name unless you have stated that you wish to remain anonymous.
- the PTS & Stampex may share the title of your Display, short description and selected images from your Display document in promotional material about Display Your Way (both for Stampex at the BDC, and Virtual Stampex)
Please note that we have deactivated the ability for visitors to download your pdf, but this does not prevent visitors from copying content online and taking screenshots, photos or videos of your display/ material on the screens.
Visitors at the show can vote for their favourite Display. Only votes submitted via the official voting form are valid. Forms are only available at the physical show.
The winner of the People's Choice Award prize will be the entrant who receives the most votes. If there are more than one entrants with the same number of votes, the deciding vote will be cast by the PTS Chairman.

These terms and conditions relate to the "Guess the number of stamps" competition at Stampex at the BDC 2024.
The giveaway opens at 10:30 BST on 23rd October 2024.
The giveaway entry deadline is 16:00 on 26th October 2024.
Only entries submitted via an official Entry Form available from the Stampex registration desk are valid.
The winner will be the entrant who guesses the exact number of stamps in the jar, or is the closest guess (either side of the correct answer. If there are more than one entrants who have guesses the same number (exact or closest either side of the correct answer), a random number generator will be used to select a winner from these drawn entrants.
The number of stamps has been counted by the PTS Team, and this number is considered accurate and final.
The prize is the stamps within the jar/box/basket. The jar/box/basket is not included in the prize. The stamps will be shipped in an appropriate light-weight packaging.
